1. Our products
CtrlAltMe offers digital products including online courses, community access, and written resources. All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Podia. We do not store your payment details. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Refund policy
We want you to feel confident purchasing from CtrlAltMe.
If you purchase The Deliberate Man course and feel it is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

4. Access and delivery
Upon completing your purchase you will receive an email with access details. Access to courses is granted for the lifetime of the product unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify course content at any time. We will never reduce the value of what you have purchased.
5. Intellectual property
All content on ctrlaltme.co — including course videos, written materials, graphics, and resources — is the intellectual property of Seb Jurasz-Cruz and CtrlAltMe.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any of our content without written permission. This includes sharing login details or course materials with others.
6. Community conduct
Access to The Deliberate Man Brotherhood community on Skool is included with certain purchases. By joining the community you agree to:
Treat all members with respect and dignity
Keep what is shared in the community confidential
Not promote other products or services without permission
Not share content from the community externally
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of CtrlAltMe.
7. Disclaimer
CtrlAltMe provides educational content based on psychology, faith, and personal development. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or pastoral counselling.
