Seb Jurasz-Cruz

Husband · Father · Follower of Christ

I'm a psychology graduate, a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and a father.

That combination is not accidental. It shapes everything I make here.

Through my background in psychology, I've spent years studying how the mind actually works—how patterns form, how desire operates, how men get stuck, and how they get free. As a Christian, I've lived the tension between what I believe and what I actually do. As a husband and father, I know what's at stake when a man's inner life is disordered — and what becomes possible when it isn't.

I built CtrlAltMe because I've been that man. Fighting real battles in real silence. Having faith, having resolve — but not having understanding. And without understanding, even the most sincere effort tends to collapse.

I'm not writing from a distance. I'm writing from the middle of the same journey. This platform exists because I needed it — and I suspect you might too.
